Description: Construction Manager at Risk for conversion of an existing, pre-war 16-story building to luxury condominiums. The 57-unit complex underwent a full transformation, with restoration of the exterior facade and comprehensive renovation of the building interiors, and construction of a 2600 sf gym. Scope of work included new elevators, stairs, mechanical systems, as well as all interior improvements, including restoration of the original plaster mouldings and other historical detail. LEED Certified.
