Description:
General Contractor for the selective demolition and replacement of the spray booth unit and fan, new rooftop fan unit, new exhaust stack and miscellaneous duct connections, and sprinkler pipe relocation in the spray room. Scope also includes removal and replacement of an existing exhaust duct hood over a dye vat with slot hood, and addition of two new slot hoods to service additional dye stations in the Rose Building dye shop. The project also included renovations to the Dance Lounge, which provides a functional space for performers to relax during and between rehearsals and performances.
