Description: General Contractor for the renovation of 150,000 sf, 10-story former Jehovah’s Witnesses apartment building to create new high-end rental apartments. The scope offers a unique set of challenges: a new car elevator with two-floor car parking; basement and rooftop pools with spa and gym; two public roof terraces; and full mechanical upgrades for new apartment layouts. Logistical challenges include the building’s close proximity to the Brooklyn Promenade.
