Completed last year, the Sunrise of New Dorp project, a 4-story senior living facility on Staten Island, was deemed essential by the City of New York during the height of 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. This allowed construction to move forward, but required unprecedented site-safety measures, including daily health checks.
